## Ingredient - 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided - 1 teaspoon ground cumin - 1 teaspoon ground coriander - 1 teaspoon garam masala - 1 teaspoon chili powder - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon ground turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper - 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes, with juices - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt - 1 teaspoon honey - 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped ## Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). 2. Place the cubed chicken in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, cumin, coriander, garam masala, chili powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Toss to fully coat. 3.
