  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the dark brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, black pepper, and cumin. Add the cubes of brisket point and mix everything together until all of the cubes are evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, molasses, honey, yellow mustard, and vegetable oil until fully combined.
  4. Place the cubes of brisket point on the preheated grill. Cook for 3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes. Repeat this process until all sides of the cubes are nicely charred.
  5. Once the cubes are charred, brush the glaze mixture evenly over them. Continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes, flipping and brushing with the glaze every few minutes, until the cubes are cooked through and the glaze is thick and glossy.
